The St. Alexius Employee Assistance Program invites employees and
family members of your organization to take advantage of free,
anonymous online mental health self-assessment for depression,
anxiety, disorders and alcohol problems.

You will receive immediate, customized feedback as well as the
opportunity to contact our office to schedule an appointment
for further evaluation if necessary.
