SURGICAL WEIGHT LOSS SUPPORT GROUP

Location: Boniface Auditorium
East Patient Entrance, 10th St. & Rosser Ave.
St. Alexius Medical Center

This support group meets the first Tuesday of each month from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. in the Boniface Auditorium at St. Alexius Medical Center. It is open to anyone who has had or is considering Gastric Bypass, Sleeve Gastrectomy, or Lap Banding surgery and their support persons. You may register online by noon the day prior to the support group meeting.

July 6, 2010, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. (cst) at Sertoma Park, Shelter 8 (near the amusement park and zoo)

TOPIC:
“Move for Health”

Join us for an hour of activity to celebrate health and wellness!
(This will replace the monthly support group meeting for July)

  • The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. at Shelter 8.
  • Participants may Walk/Run/Rollerblade or Bike.
  • Family members are welcome to participate.
  • Bottled water and a healthy snack will be provided.
