CHI St. Alexius Health’s next Living Grand session is Thursday, March 12, 2015, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Technology and Education Center. At the session, “Headaches 101,” you will learn about different types and causes of headaches, how to distinguish life threatening headaches from benign ones and hear about headache management options that can help you get on with your life.
