21st Annual Hospice Memorial Tree Planting Posted on 4/13/2012
St. Alexius Home Care and Hospice's tree planting ceremony is an opportunity to remember loved ones. Bereaved families are invited to write their loved one's name along with a special memory on a piece of paper to be planted with the tree.
We will also recognize our hospice volunteers. Guests are invited to a memorial service which is followed by an open house and fellowship in Boniface Auditorium.
