Job Title: Physician Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required.
Licensure: NA
Experience: Prior experience working in the Human Resource field with the knowledge of interviewing techniques, personnel procedures, employment law and regulations, concepts, practices and legal compliance issues regarding the recruiting of applicants. Prior experience working with physicians preferred, but not required.
Interpersonal
Skills:		 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, employees, management, and administration. Must be able to present himself/herself as a credible representative of the Medical Center. Maintains high level of confidentiality.
Other: Performs duties related to physician and staff recruiting. Must have working knowledge of computer use specifically wordprocessing, spreadsheets, and email. Must have excellent communication skills to communicate both orally and in writing with physician candidates for employment, college representatives, personnel agencies, employees and management. Must possess ability to use independent judgment in performing various tasks in a professional manner.

Hours of Work: Full-time days. Travel required. Occasional evening and weekend work.
