| Education: | Minimum of HS degree or equivalent. Must possess a current National Registry certification at a minimum level of Emergency Medical Technician-Intermediate; and Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic preferred. | |
| Licensure: | American Heart Association Dakota Affiliate Basic Life Support/Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Instructor. Must obtain ND Emergency Medical Services Instructor, National Safety Council First Aid Instructor, American Heart Association Dakota Affiliate Basic Life Support/Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Trainer, and Prehospital Traumn Life Support certifications within one year from the date of employment. A valid ND Class “D” driver’s license. | |
| Experience: | Minimum of five years of experience providing emergency care. Two years of experience in instruction of Emergency Medical Services programs preferred. Computer and clerical experience preferred. | |
| Interpersonal Skills: |
Relates well w/ staff, patients, and general public. Maintains confidentiality. Exhibits good written and oral communication skills. | |
