Healthcare services are provided in a person's place of residence by a team of highly qualified, compassionate professionals. The agency offers home health care, hospice care and personal care under one roof which requires minimal staff changes when the need to change programs is necessary.
St. Alexius Home Care & Hospice offers in-home assessments to help determine if home care is right for you or your loved one. The assessments are conducted by a registered nurse who:- Completes a physical assessment of the client.
- Assesses the client's nutritional needs and daily living activities.
- Assesses the safety of the home setting.
- Determines whether insurance will provide home health coverage.
