What is it? Warts are scaly bumps on the skin that can be painful or irritated.
Why do I need it? Warts are generally tough to treat, and often won't go away with over-the-counter treatment (but feel free to try this first!).
How is it done? There are several ways to treat warts. Your doctor may scrape off the surface of the wart, then freeze it with liquid nitrogen. Sometimes a doctor will apply an acid to the surface of the wart to kill it. Often, several treatments are needed.
