Steven Scherr, MD
Dr. Scherr joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in July 1993. He is board-certified in Family Medicine. A native of Bismarck, Dr. Scherr is a recipient of the Phi Beta Kappa award and graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota, where he also received his medical degree in 1990. He completed his family practice residency in Bismarck at the UND Family Practice Center. He has served as staff physician at Medcenter One and St. Alexius hospitals in Bismarck and Heartview Foundation. Dr. Scherr is a a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and its North Dakota affiliate. He is a commercial pilot who is a Certified Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) by the FAA and a Certified Medical Review Officer for the ND Department of Transportation. He is licensed to practice medicine and the specialty of Family Medicine in North Dakota.
