Rosanne Schmidt is the Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer at St. Alexius Medical Center, Bismarck, ND. Prior to this position, Rosanne was the Vice President of Behavioral Health, TCU and Rehab. She has 32 years of nursing experience ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and from acute care to public health.
Rosanne has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Mary, a Masters in Public Administration with a Health Care Administration Certificate from University of North Dakota. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and holds a dual certification in nursing home administration and subacute administration. She was chosen as a "Future Leader" by the AHCA in 2008-09. Rosanne is a member of ND Organization of Nurse Executives, Member and Past President of the American College of Health Care Administrators, and serves as board chair for the ND Long Term Care Association.
