The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a unique service of St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, North Dakota.  The program was established in 1982 and is designed to benefit both public and private sector organizations and their employees. The St. Alexius Employee Assistance Program has established a reputation for providing quality services in a multi-state area for more than twenty-five years. Our clinical staff consists of skilled and trained professionals who are experienced in providing quality counseling services to employees and their families.
