The Brain Train: Get on Board is a community-wide event to promote awareness about brain-related disorders, offer education on how to maintain brain and mental health and prevent brain disease.
"The Brain Train - Get on Board" is scheduled for Saturday, September 22, 2012, at the Bismarck Civic Center and will consist of a health fair with educational information, activities, concessions, games and entertainment.
Teams representing various brain-related conditions will be assembled to participate. These and many more:

- Parkinson's disease
- Alzheimer's disease
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Epilepsy
- Brain / Spinal Cord Injuries
- Muscular Dystrophy, Fibromyalgia
- Mental Health, Migraine
- Cerebral Palsy
- Autism

Intended Participants: The event is designed for everyone - patients with brain-related conditions, family members, friends, community members, and children of all ages.
