Darrell Dixon, MD
Dr. Darrell Dixon joined St. Alexius Medical Center in November of 2000. Dr. Dixon is a Board-Certified family practice physician, and holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. He will provide patient care through St. Alexius Mandan Family Clinic on a limited basis. In addition, he will be serving as the Medical Center’s Director of Medical Affairs.
Dr. Dixon earned his medical degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, and his internship at the Navy Regional Medical Center in San Diego. He has served as a clinical physician, the President of Medical Staff and the Chief of Family Practice at McKay-Dee Medical Center in Ogden, Utah. He also served as the Medical Director of Quality Assurance at St. Benedict’s Medical Center in Ogden.
Dr. Dixon was previously the Medical Director of the Danville Regional Health System in Danville, Virginia.
