Faith Wagner, RN, FNP-C
Faith joined Mid Dakota Clinic in March, 1994, as a registered nurse in the Family Medicine Department with Dr. John Erickstad, and is now a certified family nurse practitioner in the Internal-Medicine Department.
As a native of Bismarck, Faith received her nursing degree from the University of Mary, Bismarck, North Dakota, in 1989. She was formerly employed by St. Alexius Medical Center, the University of California-Irvine, and Medcenter One. Her eight years of nursing experience includes critical care nurse in charge, newborn nursery, aircare, and family practice.
She completed her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner in April 1998, with more than 1200 hours of clinical time. She is also ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and EMT certified.
Faith is a member of Sigma Theta Tau. She is licensed to practice in the state of North Dakota.
