Tanya Guthmiller, NP
Tanya Guthmiller is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been with St. Alexius since 1997. She is a member of the rehabilitation team and works closely with the physiatrists.
Tanya was raised in Jamestown, North Dakota. She attended the University of North Dakota where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then worked as a Registered Nurse in Ashley and Jamestown, ND. In 1995, she began her graduate education. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck in 1997.
Tanya sees patients on the Rehabilitation Unit and in the Physical Medicine Clinic. Types of patients seen include recent hip and knee surgery, spinal cord injury, stroke, head injury, amputations, and other neurological diseases.
