Darin Leetun, MD

Dr. Darin T. Leetun is internationally fellowship-trained in sports medicine. His athletic team coverage experience has been at the professional, college and high school level. He specializes in sports injuries and other problems of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle.
A native of Bismarck, North Dakota, Dr. Darin T. Leetun received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota. He then attended the University of Virginia where he received his Doctorate in Medicine. Following medical school, he completed a 5-year training program at the Fort Worth Affiliated Hospitals Orthopaedic Residency Program in Fort Worth, Texas. He has completed sports medicine fellowship training at the Perth Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center, Perth, Western Australia, as well as American accredited sports medicine fellowship training at Kentucky Sports Medicine, Lexington, Kentucky. He joined the Bone & Joint Center in the fall of 2001.
