Jeff Moore, MD

Dr. Jeff Moore, a Physiatrist, has joined the Physical Medicine Clinic of St. Alexius Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, WI. Dr. Moore has a special interest in osteoporosis, fracture prevention/falls, and rehabilitative care.
