Michael Blacksmith, DO

Michael Blacksmith, MD, is a family practice physician at the St. Alexius Hazen Family Clinic. Dr. Blacksmith is a graduate of Iowa State University and Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Blacksmith is board-certified by the American College of Family Practice. He practiced in Iowa and Ohio before coming to North Dakota. He is married, with two grown children.
