Fortney, Mike – MD

Dr. Mike Fortney is a radiologist at St. Alexius Medical Center. A native of Brookings, S.D., he received his medical degree from University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Grand Forks. He completed his residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Wash. and a musculoskeletal fellowship at University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.

Dr. Fortney is board certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology. He is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology, Washington State Radiological Society, Pharmacy and Therapeutic Review Committee and American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
