The St. Alexius Eldercare and Foundation program is titled “Advance Healthcare Directives (Living Wills, etc.) with Rodger Wetzel, Director, St. Alexius Community Health, Eldercare and Development presenting.

  • who should get copies
  • free sources of forms and information

WHERE: St. Alexius Boniface Auditorium (Please use the East Patient Services Entrance at 10th and Rosser.)
COST: $5 or $3 for “Especially for Seniors” members.
