How Match a Mattress began
While serving as the SAKT 2015 Ambassador, Anna Leingang represented the many children aided by CHI St. Alexius Health’s Pediatric Therapy department. Inspired by Anna’s story of persistence to overcome her health challenges, Mattress Firm gifted 100 Tempur-Pedic mattresses in various sizes to our Pediatric Therapy department. A committee of speech, physical and occupational therapists established criteria and identified those patients who could most benefit from a new mattress. Make a Difference
Our goal is to match each mattress with a $200 donation. This campaign ends Saturday, October 31. All donations will help purchase therapeutic equipment and technology utilized by children and their therapists during occupational, physical and speech therapy sessions.
