St. Alexius Hosts FREE Memory Loss Awareness and Resource Event! Memory loss is considered the number one concern among older adults. In conjunction with November being Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, and as an initiative of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, St. Alexius Medical Center is offering FREE memory screenings and resources on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, National Memory Screening Day. Screenings take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Andriette Room at St. Alexius Technology & Education Center.
Stop in and have your memory checked. If you’re a caregiver or family member of someone impacted by memory loss, learn about respite care, home safety, support groups, care planning and much more.
