On February 1, 2015, CHI St. Alexius Health Great Plains Rehabilitation Services headquartered in Bismarck, acquired CHI St. Joseph Health’s Medquest facility in Dickinson. Medquest is a durable medical equipment facility that served western North Dakota for more than 25 years. Medquest will become part of Great Plains Rehabilitation Services in Bismarck, and Medquest associates will become members of the CHI St. Alexius Health Great Plains Rehabilitation Services team.
According to Greg Lord, director of CHI St. Alexius Health Great Plains Rehabilitation Services, the combining of these two businesses means an expanded menu of services offered in western North Dakota. “We will deliver the same great customer assistance Medquest is known for, in addition to offering orthotics and prosthetics, home and vehicle accessibility, complex seating and mobility and other products and services.”
Reed Reyman, president of CHI St. Joseph’s Health in Dickinson, states, “We are incredibly grateful for all the hard work and patient-centered care provided by the Medquest staff over the years. We know Medquest is in good hands with CHI St. Alexius Health Great Plains Rehabilitation Services, and we are very pleased they will continue to be a part of the healthcare community in Dickinson going forward.”
