About Living Grand

The goal of Living Grand is to provide a variety of services for aging adults, their family members and professional caregivers who work with the geriatric population in our communities.  Living Grand addresses body and spirit and offers health education programs, a free quarterly publication, information on senior adult services and a memory loss support group for caregivers.  In addition, Living Grand coordinates a biennial geriatric healthcare conference designed to discuss the best practices in geriatric care.

The concept of Living Grand captures everything people hope for as they age … optimal health and wellness, aging gracefully with dignity and respect, reflecting upon the time in our lives to celebrate our journey to this point, appreciating the stages of life we’re living through and much more. Join us in embracing all stages of aging.

• Living Grand Community Education Programs [1] are held on the second Thursday of each month. Join us for relevant health, wellness, social, and spiritual information geared towards seniors in our community.
• Living Grand Newsletter [2], is a FREE quarterly newsletter offered to seniors. Sign-up to receive the newsletter in your mailbox or inbox!
• Memory Loss Support Group [3] is held twice a month for Alzheimer’s/Dementia/Memory Loss caregivers and is held twice a month for caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other memory loss.
• Senior Adult Services [4] at CHI St. Alexius Health and in the Bismarck-Mandan community
• Stepping On [5] is a program that helps the older population build confidence and reduce falls. It is for anyone who is 65 years or older, has had a fall in the past year, is fearful of falling, lives at home and/or does not have dementia.
• Senior Healthcare Professional Summit [6]
