Working with a team of highly-skilled nurses, pediatricians from Mid Dakota Clinic, a pediatric neurologist and the region’s only full-time, on-site pediatric cardiologist, your child can receive the specialized care he or she needs at a hospital you can trust.
The theme of the Children’s Center is bringing the outdoors in. After all, what child wouldn’t rather be playing outside than stuck inside a hospital? Mountains flow through the hallways with grass-colored carpet under your feet and blue skies and clouds floating overhead.
Knowing that every child likes to be entertained, the Children’s Center is equipped with toys, books, movies and the latest gaming systems in order to help pass the time. Children may choose to play in the game room or have the game brought to them. Each room has a DVD player for watching one of the many movie choices available.
Accommodations are also available for mom, dad or a support person to stay with the child day or night. In the event that your child has to be admitted to the Children’s Critical Care unit, a family room is available in order to allow you to stay close but still get some rest.
