Community education programs are offered through Living Grand at CHI St. Alexius Health. They cover a variety of topics on health and wellness, fitness and other pertinent topics for seniors. Living Grand is held on the second Thursday of each month. Most of the education programs are free to attend. Registration is strongly encouraged (and required for some programs).
