The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a 24 bed high risk, intermediate and convalescent unit. The predominant population served is infants from birth to one month of age. The frequent diagnostic groups include prematurity, respiratory complications, and infants with life threatening medical conditions.
