The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a unique service to CHI St. Alexius Health. The program was established in 1982 and is designed to benefit both public and private sector organizations and their employees.
Our clinical staff consists of skilled and trained professionals who are experienced in providing quality counseling services to employees and their families. The EAP staff also has extensive expertise in providing management training and consultation. Clinical services address marital or family concerns, work-related problems, emotional or behavioral concerns, financial problems and alcohol and drug dependency.
Why Provide the St. Alexius EAP to Your Employees?
You, as an employer, realize your employees are the most valuable resource. From time to time, employees may experience concerns in their personal or emotional lives that have a strong impact in terms of job performance. Emotional, relationship and drug/alcohol concerns negatively affect productivity. As a result, performance
falls, productivity decreases, absenteeism increases, accidents and error rates rise and job turnover increases. Employee Assistance Program staff is skilled at dealing with these problems and reducing their subsequent costs.
