Cafeteria
Our full service cafeteria is located on the first floor adjacent to the South entrance. It is open to visitors and staff for breakfast, lunch, and dinner … seven days a week! Items available include hot entrees, salad bar, soup of the day, deli items, desserts, hot & cold beverages and snacks.

Cafeteria Hours are from 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Breakfast: 6:30 – 10:00 AM
  • Lunch: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Dinner: 4:30 – 7:00 PM
  • Deli: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Food and beverage vending machines, microwaves, toasters, and ice & water machines are available in the dining room.

At Cafe’ Etc., we use only the highest quality ingredients for our Eats, Treats and Coffees. Our ovens and grills are fired all day long in the tradition of the neighborhood delicatessens of Europe, where the creation of freshly-made Sandwiches, Salads, Pastries, Specialty Coffees, Etc. is measured by the hour … and not by the day.

By doing this, we can bring the freshest breads and pastries to you, our customers, and extend our mission by offering assistance to others.
